Washing_Hands.jpgCanon Foods quality control starts with basic hygiene. Canon Foods kitchens have been specially process flow designed in conjunction with an extensive H.A.C.C.P program to ensure that the product that leaves our facility is the best available.

Each of the three product areas of our process are segregated. All Canon Foods kitchen staff are supplied with clean sanitised clothing daily. Staff in each of the three areas cannot move between process areas without washing hands and changing clothing.

Face_Mask.jpgOur facility is completely sanitised from top to bottom every night and swabs are taken to confirm the process. Pro Micro, our consulting laboratory, regularly swab the facility and check finished product to maintain the product standard. Canon Foods provided the technical support for the development of the Micro Free Guarantee process. This process guarantees cooked chicken meat is free from the main bacteria responsible for food poisoning and spoilage when it leaves a manufacturers door. At Canon Foods we believe that a great product starts with the best hygiene.
